Iraq had nothing to do with 9/11

Frank J. Ranelli

George Bush blurted out on national television yesterday that Iraq had "nothing" to do with 9/11. It was certainly a rare moment of candor, but more important was the fact that it dispels the second myth that the Cheney/Rove propaganda machine has persistently perpetuated as a reason we pre-emptively attacked Iraq.

The first reason was Iraq had weapons of mass destruction. That myth was put to bed a long time ago, yet radical right poster child, Rick Santorum, continues to this day to spout off this patently false statement.

Watch the below video and see how out of touch Santorum is with his facts. Watch as Bush tells everyone still in doubt that; 1.there were never any weapons of mass destruction and 2.that Iraq had nothing to do with 9/11.

Now, listen up Rove radicals, Santorum sycophants and Bush believers! The Bush administration LIED to you. They lied about 9/11, they lied about Iraq, they lied about the war and they even lied about getting warrants to wiretap American's phones! Any doubts, replay the video above over and over until it sinks into your thick-headed skull that Bush is a liar, Rove has zero morals and Santorum is just plain crazy!

This constant patriotic happy chatter, that went on for years; about we should just all trust and support the President, is finally a good idea! Let's all support and trust the president and his latest assertions that,

1. Iraq had "nothing" to do with 9/11.

2. There were no Weapons of Mass Destruction
